Pulverized Vegetable Soup

Good warm or cold!
First, steam three chopped carrots and three celery stalks.
Then, put in a blender:
the steamed carrots and celery
veg. water from steaming
1/2 raw red bell pepper
fresh sliced ginger
a couple pinches of sea salt
a few shakes of turmeric
ground black pepper
